Servicesure Autocentres, The Parts Alliance garage programme, has reached 400 garage members, confirming its position as the UK’s fastest growing network.

The Servicesure programme provides a comprehensive range of business services, all carefully designed to contribute towards helping garage members run their businesses more productively and profitably.

In all, there are now over 30 business services available for Servicesure members to call upon. These cover everything from signage, business insurance, vehicle leasing, waste disposal and workwear through to technical training.

“Over the last 12 months we’ve completely rebuilt the network,” said Paul Dineen, Head of Garage Programmes. “We’ve managed to reach this milestone despite having removed a number of garages in the ongoing quest to deliver exceptional standards of car care to motorists.”

Dineen added that most of the growth had come from garages joining the network who had previously been members of other programmes.

He said: “It’s typically been the flexibility and depth of the offering that first catches garages’ attention.

“Then once they delve deeper into the Servicesure Autocentre concept, it’s the fact that we’re a progressive network that’s developing all the time that really convinces them  The Servicesure Autocentre philosophy is garages can still have their name above the door, we are not rigid in our approach.  It is however refreshing to see that many owners that have signed up to the programme have volunteered to rebrand their garages adopting the Servicesure Autocentre colourways and signage”

Whilst the garages benefit from being part of a national branded network, they also receive priority local level support too.  This comes from both the team of Servicesure Sales Managers and their supplying motor factor member of The Parts Alliance.

To reassure motorists Servicesure Autocentres are credible, there’s a strictly enforced code of conduct governing customer care which is then reinforced by The Motor Ombudsman (previously Motor Codes).

The motorist also benefit from the National Warranty – a longstanding cornerstone of the programme – so any work carried out at any Servicesure Autocentre is guaranteed against parts and labour defects for 12-months or 12,000 miles at every Servicesure Autocentre in the UK, should the part be supplied by any member of The Parts Alliance
