Prize Draw: Terms & Conditions of Entry

 

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK, and the Isle of Man, who, at the time of entry are aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter or its Affiliates and their immediate Family Members.

In these terms:

“Promoter” – means The Parts Alliance Limited, of 1 The Pavilions, Cranmore Drive, Shirley, Solihull B90 4SB in relation to its “Servicesure Autocentres” brand.
“affiliate” – means any subsidiary or holding company of the Promoter.
“Family member” – means a spouse, parent, adoptive parent, child, adopted child, grandparent and grand children.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants accept these terms and warrant that all the information submitted by in their entry is true.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draw in relation to Servicesure Autocentres (the “Promoter”) opens for entries via post and online via the www.servicesureautocentres.com website.

Winner selection:

The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw on a quarterly basis within 7 working days of the closing date. Each prize promotion will commence from 00:01 on the first day of the competition and midnight on the last day of that period. The competition quarter periods are as follows: (a) 1 January – 31 March, (b) 1 April – 30 June, (c) 1 July – 30 September, (d) 1 October – 31 December.

How to enter:

No purchase is necessary.

Entrants may enter The Prize Draw by the following routes:

Online – go to www.servicesureautocentres.com and follow the instructions; only one entry per person per competition quarter is allowed.

Post – Entrant to send name, contact telephone number, address, to Servicesure Autocentre Prize Draw, Servicesure Autocentres, 1 The Pavilions, Cranmore Drive, Shirley, Solihull B90 4SB.

No bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted. The Promoter may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, if there are signs that an entry was altered or tampered with or if it suspects an entrant has acted fraudulently or otherwise dishonestly in any way, or if considers that an entry is not fully compliant with these terms . Copies will be rejected, as will entries that are incomplete or illegible.

Whilst not affecting any entrant’s statutory rights, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  1. entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter;
  2. any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize;
  3. any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw; or
  4. any delay or failure in complying with these terms due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation.

However, notwithstanding any other provision in these terms, the Promoter does not seek to limit its liability any loss or damage caused by its negligence, fraud or dishonesty or that of its agents, distributors or employees whilst working or acting for the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms or the basis of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the Servicesure Autocentres website.

All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.

These terms and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

The Prize:

The Prize will consist of £250 worth of Love2Shop vouchers.

No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available. However, if the stated prize is no longer available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.

Notification of winner:

The winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or post using the information provided in the relevant entry within 14 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, they shall be disqualified and lose their entitlement to the prize. Unclaimed prize will be void and may be used for future prize draws.

To receive the name of the most recent winner, send a request and a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Servicesure Autocentres c/o The Parts Alliance, 1 The Pavilions, Cranmore Drive, Shirley B90 4SB.

Personal data

By entering the Promotion, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the promotor, for the purposes of (a) the administration of this Promotion; (b) advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the Promotion and (c) for general marketing purposes by the promotor who may wish to contact you with marketing information about relevant products or services. You may contact The Parts Alliance Limited at 1 The Pavilions, Cranmore Drive, Shirley West Midlands B90 4SB at any time, if you do not wish your personal data to be used for any of the purposes set out here. However, in respect of purpose (a) this may limit your participation in the Promotion.
