A customer of Servicesure member Ferris Garage has won the Motor Codes monthly prize draw.

After breaking down whilst on holiday in Cornwall, Caroline Bishop had her car fixed at the Servicesure Autocentre Ferris Garage in Truro, which is a subscriber to the Motor Codes CTSI-approved Code of Practice for Service and Repair.

Motor Codes gives customers leaving feedback about their garage visit the opportunity to be entered into a monthly prize draw, where they have the chance to win £500 in Lifestyle vouchers or up to £500 in cash to cover the cost of their service, MOT or repair.

Caroline felt reassured by garage owner Tim Ferris and left a review on the Motor Codes website for all to see, giving 10 out of 10 for the Overall Experience.

Caroline Bishop wrote: “Disaster. My car broke down on holiday in Cornwall. Dead alternator. The RAC nursed me to the Ferris Garage, which was not a mean feat across the King Harry Ferry. The garage was brilliant. Tim Ferris was so reassuring and responsive it wasn’t the crisis it could have been. I drove off again a few days later knowing the car was running well”.
